We lucked into a freshly remodeled unit at Beach Place this past May. #209, according to the rental agents SunHost Resorts, was just renovated in 2006. It was great, direct beach front. We just spent 7 days at Beach Place Condos in Madeira Beach, FL. We stayed in unit 312 owned by Gary & Joanna (johnspasscondos.com). I actually found the website using Trip Advisor and I am so happy that I did. The condo was beautiful, CLEAN and had a great location. We just spent time at Beach Place Condos in Madeira Beach - we stayed in unit 307 and it was like home away from home. They had everything in the unit you could need or want.
