One bedroom was too hot in the summer. Two bedroom was great for the price! The parking lot is small for boats, but the staff tried to accomodate everyone. Clean and Comfortable!!!
Appears to have been built in the late 50's but exceptionally maintained!! Great value for it's beach-motel class. Maticulous and very clean. Desk hosts were friendly and helpful. Place to Stay. . . Not Vacation.
Pros: Inexpensive (reasonable not cheap), Clean, Ready Availablity, Well Maintained, & Courteous Staff/Owners

Very nice!
My wife and I spent two days here, we found the room very comfortable, very clean and the owner..cant remember he name now..was very helpful, she was able to provide help with local attractions, directions (even drew us a map) . Bottom line is this is the cleanest, most reasonably priced place to stay in the Marathon area. Owners are very friendly (will remember your name if you come back again) and the location is ideal.
