Could do better
King size non smoking room had a moldy water damage smell. The laundry facility was out of order, they had one washer and dryer moved outside to the hallway with an out of order sign attached. Upon arrival, I was told that the non-smoking room I had reserved was not available and they instead had a deodorizer running in a smoking room.
