A Good WorkOut

We arrived in Miami close to midnight. I called the hotel on my cell earlier and was assured they ran a shuttle 24/7. When I called from the Miami airport I found out shuttles stop well before midnight and I would have to take a cab. The front desk reimbursed my cabfare.

Lots of service problems

The problems started when I waited 35 minutes for a van from the airport. I told the receptionist I was waiting at Terminal E. Four phone calls later, I still hadn't found the van, even though it had allegedly been there for 10 minutes. I finally located him in front of Terminal D! It took him 14... First of all, I waited over an hour at the Miami airport for a shuttle to a hotel that was 10 miles away. Then when I got to the hotel and checked in and drug my luggage all the way to the rear of the hotel, my room was occupied by another couple.
