Lots of service problems

The problems started when I waited 35 minutes for a van from the airport. I told the receptionist I was waiting at Terminal E. Four phone calls later, I still hadn't found the van, even though it had allegedly been there for 10 minutes. I finally located him in front of Terminal D!
