Though the staff were relatively helpful, the room itself appeared clean, but was less than when discovering mold spewing from the tub drain, old oil on the stove, and walls near stove, no clean sheets for the sofa bed, no shampoo available THROUGHOUT the entire hotel (as I inquired with the days manager, and even she could not locate any), and a phone which kept shorting out. more on Hotels.com
