Not horrible, but ...

Unfortunately I didn't read the previous review until after my trip was booked. I'd have to say that appraisal of the hotel's amenities is accurate. Almost Anyplace Would've Been Better

This property is also known as the "Beekman Hotel" and is in dire need of remodelling. The kitchen cupboards, appliances and yellow wallcoverings look like you stepped into a time-machine and landed back in the 1950's. Black feet from dirty floors

Our feet got black from the dirt in the carpet and tile floors. Thankfully the hotel is closing 4/15/04. Too bad they didn't tell us before we checked in last month or we would never have gone.
