On the plus side, it is right on the ocean and the cleaning staff did a nice job (rooms have dishwashers which the staff use to do your dishes in if you leave them in the sink). more on TripAdvisor

Our feet got black from the dirt in the carpet and tile floors. Thankfully the hotel is closing 4/15/04. Too bad they didn't tell us before we checked in last month or we would never have gone. Stinky ... more on TripAdvisor
