If you want bad service and rude staff - stay at the Delano

I have recently stayed with a group of friends at the Delano Hotel during my cousin’s party for what we were hoping would be an unforgettable experience. And an experience it was – pure disappointment! First, the staff at the hotel had tried to situate us in just regular rooms (even though Deluxe rooms were reserved). Once we arrived to the pool area and have asked for our cabana, we were told that the reservation for it doesn’t exist. It took a while for the staff to coordinate and dedicate a cabana to our group.
