The staff need more costumer service class, they find them from the st, we stay there 5 days with out AC, no service room, the bathroom was nasty, the only reason that we stay is because we dont have another hotel room, and if you cancel you has to wait 30 day to get our money back.-You can film a horror movie there. more on Hotels.com
