The hotel manager at St Augustine was really friendly and helpful despite being flat out for New Years Eve. more on Tablet Hotels

Some not so good qualities, but easy to overlook: the loud almost rattling sound of the air conditioning vent, the pillows were very flat, and because the shower (exposed to the entire room) floor connects to the vanity area floor, the water would seep onto it which we would mop up so we would not slip on the slick tile. more on Yahoo!
