However, after experiencing the poor service, the hotel would be better advised spending more of their time fixing service and less on appearance. more on Hotels.com

Chambermaids cleaned the room once during our three night stay; in fact we had to beg the front desk for service and chase people down to get clean towels. more on CitySearch

We stayed at the Ocean Spray hotel two nights before a cruise that departed in Miami. The hotel is located on Collins Avenue, I would say in the middle of Miami beach, but of course not in the center ... more on TripAdvisor
