A much better bet for inexpensive lodging with kitchenettes is the Beachcomber hotel a half a block away. more on TripAdvisor

The desk staff was friendly and tried to accomodate. more on TripAdvisor

This older, budget property is spotlessly clean with larger rooms and a nice pool area. more on TripAdvisor

However, friendly staff are not enough compensate for depressingly dingy, poorly maintained rooms. more on TripAdvisor
