Greeted by security who verified our reservation and let us into the parking lot, somewhat difficult to understand everything the security guard said due to foreign accent, front desk staff accomodated our non smoking upper floor room request with no problem, dissapointed that complimentary break... Not very happy. Toilet broke H2O all over then they moved me to another room, the pictures were off the wall and the brackets were left, then when I had to leave for a function the bathroom door locked and the lock was coming off the knob...I had to call the manager and then when I came back from...
