We reported to front receptionist and they stated and acted with no concern that they didn't have any type of parking lot video cameras.i thought it would have been and easy case to solve just play back cameras from time we parked and see who victimized our vacation-no such luck.they have signs posted not responsible-but at front door parking and burglarized-gimme a break. more on Travelocity.com
