If you don't like cigarette smell, don't stay at this hotel

I originally read the reviews for this hotel and even though there was mention of cigarette smell, we decided to stay and made reservations for 5 days. The room I booked was described as having a separate spa tub in the room. Only upon checking in, was I told that my room would not have the separate spa tub and that no such rooms were available.
