Horrible Experience!

My experience at the Suburban Hotel was horrible I experienced my 1st case & hopefully my last case of racism. My experience with this particular hotel ruined my entire vacation to Jacksonville, FL. OK hotel - awful neighborhood

We ended up here because Jacksonville was booked up....and this was the only reasonably priced place with two beds. Hotel was definitely low budget but clean - no complaints there. Definitely not one to stay at

The first room I was allocated was on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. I requested another upstairs and was given one on the 2nd floor and at the back again.
