We can't wait to leave!
We checked in at 10 at night to find a room with a dirty silverware drawer, a half full bottle of shampoo (without a lid on!) on the couch, and a great big, rough drywall patch on the bedroom wall. Not a great way to start a stay.

Safest hotel in town
We went out to dinner and our youngest "forgot" to shut the door tightly - we returned four hours later to find the door wide open - and our laptop still humming away on the table in full view!
