Awful experience
We tried to get a room/suite at the Cove because we had relatives staying there. (Apparently the hotel/Tiem-share was fully occupied, even though they had the "Vacancy" sign on), because the Front Desk attendant was eating and didn't show any kind of interest in helping us with our inquiry. Awesome!!

wonderful hotel
I was a little nervous about this hotel based on the reviews that I had read but this hotel was wonderful. We stayed in the South Tower, the rooms were clean and just beautiful.
