Avoid this place
First of all this is not a Holiday Inn anymore. Holtel is dirty and run down. I paid $99 a night, sure it was a nice view of the river but it was like a motel 6 . Bug problem!
We booked this hotel for a relative's graduation at the beginning of June. Come to find out we booked during 'blind mosquito' season. We arrived shortly before check in, to a mildly rude staff in the lobby, checked in and walked into our room. First of all it smelled, and was pretty dirty.
