Or reservation paper required upon check in-the entire non smoking floor smelled like cigarettes-no control on dog noise in other rooms-stairs, elevator, and hallways are dirty-no security on location but the room is really nice I can say and if you can deal with the other stuff then its not a bad place. more on Travelocity.com
