weather quiet solid walls not able to hear alot of noisy teenagers running around, like in some of the other places we have stayed more on TripAdvisor

two balconies and fireplaces with large sweeping windows throughout. Sterling beach was the first vacation even my dad enjoyed more on TripAdvisor

pull out couch in the common area which meant no privacy from the other person staying with us more on TripAdvisor

staff was friendly and when asked about beach level rooms we were given one on the end of the hotel next to the drive-down ramp more on TripAdvisor
