Dont like this NEW complex

This complex sits close to the road in Panama City and you hear the traffic all nite..the teenagers yelling from their cars..We got no sleep...I have a child who likes the pool...Their pool was awful. Stay Away! Stay Far Far Away!

Only 2 elevators for 18 floors of units. That's bad, but they only work half the time - that's worse. That's bad enough, but when they get stuck, people are trapped for HOURS at a time without air conditioning or adequate ventilation. The front desk has a very we don't care attitude. Outstanding Hotel for the money

Our recent stay at Sterling Reef was splendid. The website advertised a two bedroom/2 bath condo but we had no idea until our arrival that it was so huge! Nice & Relaxing

We rented from VRBO.com and talked to the owner directly. He was extremely nice answered all my questions and even sent me more pictures of the unit.
