very rude and inconsiderate

I arrived at the hotel about 10:30a.m. and the frontdesk clerk was very rude and said that I couldnt check in until 3:00p.m. I informed him that I had been driving for 9 hours and really needed rest. could there an earlier checkin at least by 12:00 and he said he couldnt promise me anything.
