Smell of Mildew (Mold)

We chose this hotel due to its location on Pensacola beach. However, the following issues arose: The hotel grounds were unkempt, the pool was closed, the room was gritty (I doubt the floor had ever been cleaned), the "breakfast" was a farce, the room telephone didn't work. ...
