Perfect in every way!
No telephone, twenty rooms, no mall nearby..............perfect!! If you're looking to sit at the pool that borders the ocean without a bother from anyone or anything, this is your place. Very Unasuming in the most charming way!
I went to the Tarpon Lodge last weekend with my sepcial someone and without knowing anything abou it prior to getting thre I was pleasantly surprised. bring the wife! and the fishing rods!!!
I live in ft lauderdale, and spent a night in between visit to relatives in ft myers. 10/2006. if you want to fish for tarpon, snook, redfish, flats, or even offshore this is really great! Relax
I have always liked Pine Island, it seems to attract people who care less for appearances than substance. That said, the Tarpon Lodge had both, a great location, beautiful grounds excellent staff.
