MY HUSBAND AND I FOUND THE HOTEL AND IT'S STAFF VERY ACCOMMODATING - THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. Changing to Hyatt Grand Place - even better!
We stayed here for two nights for some Sawgrass Mills shopping. The hotel is in the process of changing to be a Hyatt Grand Place Suites which meant that the lobby was full of construction, and the breakfast room was in a temporary location.
