Good service marred by smelly room
""Our non-smoking room on the top floor reeked of cigarette smoke because the small number of smoking rooms are on the opposite side of the hall. the room was wonderful spaciuos comfortalbe and best of all clean but the beds were hard and uncomfortable did not have a good nights rest due to this fact also the control if the tv was not programed to work with the tv and when i called about 11:00 pm downstairs it rang for a while and when he ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
