The booking for the hotel when I arrived was quick, but the room wasn;t as nice as I thought. I was there when the black out occured in 2004. Good hotel for downtown St. Pete business or pleasure

I stayed in this hotel for one night last week, because I had a meeting in downtown St. Petersburg. The hotel was easy to find. Can't comment on the parking because I used the valet service ($10) - the valet staff were cheerful and my car was returned to me unharmed the next morning. From Tampa Intl Airport Follow signs to I-275 South to St. Petersburg, 16 miles to exit 23A *I-375, a lefthand exit*. Stay left and I-375 becomes 4th Avenue North. Follow 4th Avenue North to 4th street North. Turn right on 4th Street North. Hotel will be
