New property. Clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Not really "suites", but actually double-wide rooms with a 4 foot half-height wall between living and sleeping areas. Great value for the money

The hotel was spotless. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty. I would have preferred scrambled egg in the warmer dish instead of the gravy and biscuits.
