All hotel staff were super friendly and accomodating! I'd rate it as 4 stars which meant it wasn't super-fancy and stuffy, but it had all the 5-star amenities you could possibly want including coffee pot with all supplies, hairdryer, small refrig, microwave, ironing board with iron, very nice heavy terry bathrobes to use during our stay and a very friendly doorman who always greeted us as we arrived or left.
