Very friendly and helpful staff (front desk, bellman). Was disappointed that the tub was dirty when we checked in. Was disapppointed that they didn't change the sheets even though we didn't leave the card that would have prevented it -- they corrected this the next night when we left a handwritte... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
