"what a Joke"
Bathrooms were disgusting, constant discolored water in sinks and toilet's out of the four elevators that did actually work we could catch on my floor,but it would not stop on my floor. very disappointed....horrible place
I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed my family was to check into this supposedly "Gold Key" Award Winning hotel. It was filthy, smelly, yellow water, run-down, doors would not latch, water would not drain in tub and is in a poor section of town. I had a great time
I went and booked this hotel despite the negative reviews. We took a room with 2 double beds as no king size was available. The room was nice and clean.
