To the security officer who welcomed my family 12 AM in the morning; the maintenance staff and front desk staff took the extra time to say hello or ask how we were enjoying our stay--thank you for your hospitality! more on Yahoo! Travel

They only clean the room once a week unless you pay more; a few weeks the cleaning lady missed my room cleaning. more on TripAdvisor

The matresses are VERY hard, atleast in the room we stayed in, so buy a cheap matress pad. more on Yahoo! Travel
