UNEASY IN AUGUSTA

CHECK IN WAS VERY DISORGINIZED AND SLOW. THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY AND THE MIRRORS WERE NASTY. THE ROOM HAD A VERY BAD ODOR AND MUSTY SMELL. THE SHOWER AND SINK WAS VERY DIRTY.WE HAD TO AVOID THE LOCAL PEOPLE,THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL DRUGS AND CLOTHING ON THE SIDE WALKS AND WANTING US TO GIVE THEM ... Worse hotel stay experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used hotel.com for the first time yesterday and was very disappointed. The hotel stinked(literally) It smelled of mold and decay. I asked for clean linen and of course they did not have any available. The linen was filthy. I could not sleep. A tent in the woods would have been better. Condemned

When I first got to the hotel I thought the outside needed a little upkeep but I wanted to give it a chance. I waited in the lobby for check in 10 minutes before anyone came down.
