I felt so sorry for the desk clerk - she was very pleasant but had no authority or ability to handle any complaint. I should have not checked in when I saw the 'NO REFUNDS' sign on the front desk. Not recommended!
We were stopping through town and needed a place to stay. We had heard that they had nice jacuzzi suites and figured what the hell. The outside of the hotel isn't bad and neither is the lobby--your standard, no-frills type of hotel lobby. Best Motel with Incredible Service
The Motel is magnificent , experienced such incredible service, breakfast is a lovely continental spread with cheeses fruit pastries etc.Our kids are 3 and 10 and 13 and they enjoyed it.
