Great redo, so-so service
Hyatt Place hotels are a redo of AmeriSuites, and the completed hotels are quite nice. . .sort of a Hyatt mini-me. The Hyatt people have done a nice job of replicating the Hyatt feel in this market segment. . .the beds are very similar to mainline Hyatt beds, the bathroom amenities are the same y... This hotel certainly does not deserve a 2 1/2 star rating. The hallways smelled, and when we turned back the bed linen to retire the sheets were tattered and torn in such an obvious way that anyone making the bed should not have used these sheets.
