Wonderful Hospitality, Georgeous Views
After a long day, it was a treat to relax in the spa tub. We climbed into one of the best mattresses that we've enjoyed since the Peabody in Orlando. The best B&B experience possible
If you are looking for an absolutely perfect getaway, look no further than this gem of a bed and breakfast in the Georgia mountains. Located only a little over an hour away from Atlanta, this place just oozes Southern hospitality and comfort. We stayed there for two nights, and we immediatley wished we had time to stay another 5 or 6. The lodge is on a hill overlooking the Georgia mountains. Every room (there's six) has a mountain ... Wow! How fortunate were we to find this gem in the mountains over a long Easter weekend! Diane and Tim have designed and built a fantastic, beautiful log cabin style bed and breakfast. The lodge was opened for business in Jan. 2007 and it still has that 'new home' smell: clean & fresh. We stayed in the Wissenhunt Suite on the second floor. At first when I booked our reservation, I was concerned by the pictures on the web site, [--], that the rooms would be very small. Not the case at all--simply a trick of the camera.
