My wife and I were impressed with this hotel. The room was a good size, the breakfast was decent, free wireless internet, free fresh cookies after 5:30pm. 2.0: Maintenance Issues

The problems began after we checked in. We were directed to a side door by the elevator. The side door was broken and we couldn't enter the hotel via that door.
