Soaked and Swindled
My stay at this hotel was cut short by a flooded room and the disappearance of my mail that was sent to the hotel. The staff and manager's utter disregard and lack of professionalism was appalling. I made my reservation on bestwestern.com. The rate was very competitive and the rooms even better. When I checked in Henrietta greeted me with a smile and welcomed me.
