Cozy!
I have stayed in this motel during Hurricane Ivan with my daughter and my boyfriend. We originally stayed at the Alpine Village as every year. They did not want to give us a discount for being hurricane victims even better they hiked the price slightly when the Octoberfest was in full force. The ... my family have stayed at many hotels in helen, and bavarian brook is by far the best. we stay in their condos that are on the river, which are very nice and have the best view of the river in town, they are called the rivers edge condos, so be sure and ask for them or one of their cabins. we ha... Convenient but Dirty
Booked a weekend here, walked in, found carpet very dirty and stained, I found rat dropping in one of the beds. The bathroom was not clean and was very small. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!!! DONT BE FOOLED

This was the nastiest place I have ever seen. When we arrived there were baby wipes and trash on the nightstand. The carpet is filthy. The bathrooms were filthy.
