Nice Place, Incompetent Staff
We were staying at the hotel because a friend had her wedding reception nearby. Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was clearly uninterested and incompetent. They swiped my credit card to "reserve payment" in case of damage to room. I didn't have a problem with that. I did have a problem with the... smarieh, a user of Tripadvisor.
