First of all I would like to say to who ever is willing to give this hotel a chance then please do so! This hotel is great! Yes we also had problems with our room reservation but we became a better room for one night with out having to ask! Please don't stay here, they don't have their act together yet. I don't know why they opened this hotel, but they were not ready yet to receive guests. I stayed one night at this hotel for work, and was told that it had been open nine weeks when I checked in. It felt new and modern. It was extremely clean, spacious, and full of happy and friendly staff.
