This experience has left me very offended and have NEVER been treated so badly when it could have been resolved and possibly saved a customer to the America's Best Value Inn chain. more on TripAdvisor

We decided not to stay and at 2PM we told him we wanted to leave with a refund. more on TripAdvisor

What was annoying, was that I booked the room over the web, but when I checked in the clerk told me it would have been $15 dollars cheaper if I had called her directly! more on TripAdvisor
