The room (on the 3rd floor) was dreadful; the door would not close without using a key, the whirlpool would only work by removing a grate and plugging the unit in, the A /C only half worked, and when I told the clerk we would not be staying, we were charged for a 1-night stay even though we were only in the room for about 4 hours. more on Travelocity.com
