Staff were professional and our stay was very pleasant overall. more on TripAdvisor

The front desk staff were very cordial but you could tell they were a bit worn out and irritated with the lack of communication between them and their cleaning staff. more on TripAdvisor

We could hear doors slamming etc. The general manager was friendly and helpful, but we were not offered any type of discount for their mix up. more on TripAdvisor
