Terrible
Our reservations were screwed up, rates quoted on the phone and reconfirmed 2 weeks prior to the stay were not honored. Rooms were dirty, grounds were not kept up, ice machines did not work, toilet in room was like a rocking chair, noise each evening until 3am or until the cops arrived. The new manager they have at this hotel is very rude. It seems like the whole staff has better things to do then to help anyone. There is a nice women assistant manager at the front desk who if you ask me should replace the current one. Dont expect any favors no matter what your level is in the p...
