We stayed for 6 nights in the Ocean House at the Cloister. We were traveling with 2 small children - ages 3 & 1 so keep in mind my review is from a Mom's perspective. The check-in process needs attention. Our room was not ready at 4 and arrangements were made to give us an alternative room that was not desireable to us due to location. We waited until our room was ready. We stayed in the Ocean House with 2 queen beds. Even with the 2 kids the room was spacious & worked well with a crib. We did not experience the Butler Service talked about in other post. Other than the valet bringing our luggage to our room, there was no overview of the room given nor was there a review of the itinerary we were given that stated our activities & reservations for the week. I have read reviews where individuals were unhappy with a number of peripheral issues, leaving somewhat of a doubt in the mind of the reader. But we were not in the least unhappy with ANYTHING!
