Charge my credit card three times
I had been there three times. The hotel is a little difficult to find. But there was a problem for the last time. My credit card was charged three times and I do not know the reason. Bait and Switch on the rooms
Booked our room via their 1-800 number. We booked a non-smoking suite with a king size bed and a queen sleeper when we got there they did not have the rooms we thought reserved instead we got a room with 2 double bed for the same price plus they tried to put us in a smoking room. Way too expensive for the conditions
We stayed in it in Jan 2006. A friend had stayed in it in November 2005 and was not particularly pleased with the service, but they tried it again since they knew their way around. from that location.
