The rooms were very dirty. Sand, dirt and spider webs in the corners, behind the curtain, wall edges, etc... The first night, we ordered pizza to be delivered. Tybee is Tybee

Look, folks, the whole island needs a pressure wash and some serious updating. ALL the accomodations on offer are old and overpriced, but it's the closest decent beach to my home in Atlanta. Better than Oceanview Plaza

We checked out of Oceanview Plaza early and came here. I am planning a trip in Sept and this is where I will stay. Great View Don't Expect Much Otherwise

We stayed in the "deluxe ocean front rooms". The ocean front was certainly accurate but the deluxe was not. We were met with a strong scent of stale urine as we first went up the steps. Clean Hotel, Great Location, Unresponsive Staff

We stayed at the Desoto Beach Hotel for 2 nights last week 07/06. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room had a broken lock which was promptly reported to the front desk.
