I booked six double rooms for our group months in advance and two of our families had go across the street to Microtel because BW messed up the reservations. The ice machine didn't work. I booked six double rooms for our group months in advance and when we got there they couldnt accomodate us. Two of our families had to go across the road to Microtel. The ice machine didn't work.
