Our stay was most unpleasant. The Grace Fellowship Bible Church hosting us was embarrassed in that they had specified. Our requests for a handicap accessible first floor location were not honored. One of the first things my wife noticed in Room 202 was the flea on the bed spread. She turned downright unpleasant when we had questions. The WiFi connection works, if slowly, but is an unsecured and somewhat unstable network and when I asked to do to use the land line, she had no clue told us that there was a card on our desk and that should explain the internet ... Quality for the Money
After staying at a CI&S in St Augustine last month for an Anniversary Weekend, I decided to get a suite for our family vacation to Wild Adventures. With a AAA discount (and it was a weekday), we got a king suite (not a studio suite) for right about $110 after taxes. Check in at this hotel is 3 p.m. So, after driving up from Gainesville FL, we went straight to WA. At 1:30, we left the park and headed the 5 miles to the hotel. HINT--after exit 16, the 'slow' lane, or far right lane becomes an exit only for exit 18 (the exit for this hotel). This caused a traffic snarl and the trip took us around a half hour to get to our exit. To avoid this if you see a backup happening, take exit 16, drive down to the light , turn right (towards SuperWalMart) and it will take you to St Augustine Blvd. So, we get to our exit and hit Arby's for lunch, passing our hotel on the way--it is the easiest hotel to spot because it is ... amykay9377, a user of Tripadvisor.
